Privacy notice for candidates (Mexico)
WeddingPlan360, Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is the data controller (responsable) of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). The Spanish version of this notice is the binding one.
Data we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email, phone, city.
- Work and education: resume, employment history, studies, certifications, portfolio links, application and interview answers.
- Interview: transcript, voice recording (voice interviews only), scores, and integrity signals shown to the reviewer as information only.
- No sensitive data is requested. Voluntary self-identification is stored separately, used only in aggregate for fairness checks, and never shown to reviewers.
Purposes
Primary: evaluating your application, conducting the first-round interview, contacting you about the process, legal compliance. Secondary (optional): considering you for future roles; opt out at privacy@weddingplan360.com.
AI interview
The first-round interview is conducted by an AI interviewer (Kestrel) that evaluates only the content of your words against a published rubric. It does not analyze your face, voice tone, accent, emotions or personality. No candidate is declined automatically: a person at WeddingPlan360 reviews every transcript and makes every decision. You may request a human interview or an accommodation at privacy@weddingplan360.com and can switch from voice to text chat at any time.
Transfers
Data is processed by Kestrel and its cloud, transcription and language-model providers under contracts that forbid any other use. It is not sold or shared with other employers.
Retention
We keep your data for 12 months after your last activity, then delete it. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
ARCO rights
You may Access, Rectify, Cancel and Object to the processing of your data, revoke consent, and limit its use. Send your request to privacy@weddingplan360.com with your name, the email you applied with, and the right you wish to exercise; we answer within 20 business days.
