About the role
WeddingPlan360 plans destination weddings for couples from the US and Canada at resorts across Cancun and the Riviera Maya. You are our person on the ground: you know the wedding departments at the major resorts by name, you negotiate packages and upgrades, you manage the vendors on the day, and you keep couples calm from the first site visit to the last dance.
What you will do
- Be the primary contact for 8-15 couples at a time from booking to wedding day
- Negotiate with resort wedding departments (packages, guest-room blocks, upgrades, timelines)
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, DJs, florists, officiants and transport
- Run site visits, rehearsals and wedding days on-site
- Appear on camera for resort walkthroughs and short social content
- Keep our CRM and planning documents current every day
What we are looking for
- 2+ years coordinating weddings or events in the Cancun / Riviera Maya area
- Real relationships with resort wedding departments (you will be asked which ones)
- Native Spanish and fluent English, written and spoken
- Calm under pressure, meticulous with details, comfortable on camera
- Reliable transport and legal ability to work in Mexico
